Delivery & Returns
All orders are shipped with fully tracked DPD delivery, allowing you to follow your parcel every step of the way.
We offer free UK delivery on orders over £40, with worldwide shipping available for our international customers.
For orders within Europe and beyond, delivery rates are calculated at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your Saint Lab purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in perfect condition, with all original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
To begin a return, please contact us at hello@saintlab.co.uk. Once approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.
Please ensure your order number or clear identification is included within the parcel to allow us to process your return efficiently.
Return Shipping Requirements
All returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service. The tracking number should be shared with us once your return has been dispatched.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
For international returns outside the United Kingdom, parcels must be sent using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. This ensures that all shipping costs, duties, VAT, and customs fees are settled in advance by the sender.
We are unable to accept returns sent under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms or with outstanding charges. Any such parcels may be refused and returned to sender.
We recommend confirming all potential customs and import charges with your chosen courier prior to shipping, as these can vary by location.
Damages & Issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
To assess the issue, we require clear video evidence of the damage or fault. We are unable to process claims without this.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom or personalised products
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
We also reserve the right to retain any transaction fees incurred in the event of a cancellation prior to dispatch.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and carefully inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
