Delivery & Returns

All orders are shipped with fully tracked DPD delivery, allowing you to follow your parcel every step of the way.

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £50, with worldwide shipping available for our international customers.

For orders within Europe and beyond, delivery rates are calculated at checkout.

If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Personalised Items

Please note: Personalised items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Before printing, a visual mock-up of your personalised item will be sent for your approval. Production will only begin once the design is confirmed by you.

Please ensure all details are correct when approving the design, as changes or cancellations cannot be made after confirmation.
